Logistics and Warehouse Center

In 2022, we carried out a comprehensive implementation of all systems for our business partner as part of the Drevet1 project – construction of a logistics and warehouse center in Helsingborg, Sweden, whose investor is CASTELLUM AB.
As part of this project, we carried out works in two buildings – the first one with
an area of 8,500 sq. m., the second one with an area of 11,500 sq. m. Photovoltaic systems with a total capacity of about 1.8 MW were installed on the roofs
of both buildings!

As part of the project, we completed the following scope of work:

laying cable routes, connecting all main power cables, including AXQJ 4×240/72,
building lighting system in HELVAR system – including premises lighting
emergency lighting system of the facility
fire protection system based on CONSILIUM solutions,
vehicle charging stations,

230V/400V power systems,
communication system with fire department,
access control systems,
LAN (local area networks) – including entire optical fibre infrastructure along with network measurements,
office systems,
photovoltaic systems with an inverter room and connections to the building main electrical switchboard

After completing all the works, we carried out tests and measurements of the systems as well as production start-up of the systems.
